Founded Business Strategies Ltd, and built it from its inception in 1988 to its current status as one of the leading forecasting consultancies in the UK. Former member of the Independent Panel of Forecasters (7 Wise Men) which advised the Chancellor. She is a regular broadcaster and conference presenter. Early career was in academic life at Oxford researching largely on labour markets. Read PPE at Oxford University and then took the M Phil in Economics.
